About

Know who will actually do the work on your account. LocalisedSEO UK is a search engine optimisation consultancy for service businesses in the United Kingdom. It is the official UK franchise of LocalisedSEO, and it is a trading name of Vlad Tabaranu, a sole trader based at 415 Court Oak Road, Harborne, Birmingham B32 2DX.

The work is local SEO and WordPress web design: making a service business findable in the places its customers actually search, and building the pages that turn that visibility into enquiries. You can see what that costs on the pricing page before you speak to anyone.

The franchise relationship

LocalisedSEO UK operates under licence from LocalisedSEO, the agency founded by Casey Keith. Casey founded the parent brand. Vlad Tabaranu operates the UK franchise and delivers the work on every UK engagement.

The method behind that practice is Casey Keith’s Semantic SEO Course: Treasure Map, which sets out how a business is defined as a distinct entity, how its facts are structured for search engines, and how the entity signals that get a business recognised and cited are built. Delivery runs on PirateSERP, the SaaS built for SEO specialists and digital agencies, for keyword and entity research, search-ready content, entity mapping, rank tracking and paid-campaign planning. Casey Keith also teaches from the Treasure Map material every Wednesday in SEO Training Camp, the community where members share resources and results.

That distinction matters when you are choosing who to trust with a website. You get the methodology and the entity-SEO training of an established agency, applied by one named practitioner who answers the phone. There is no account manager layer between you and the person doing the work.

Evidence of the work

A West Midlands property clearance company grew organic clicks 335% per day and impressions 631% per day, moving from average position 26.2 to 23.6, in the nine months to July 2026.

That work was delivered by Vlad Tabaranu at Dr IT SEO Services, a separate consultancy he runs. It is cited here as evidence of his work, not as a LocalisedSEO UK result.

Those are per-day figures, compared across periods of different lengths. The raw totals for the same period look larger, and quoting them would overstate the result, so they are not used. Search engines control their own results and no honest consultant guarantees a position.

How the work is done

Every engagement starts by establishing what the business is, in terms a search engine can resolve: the entity, its service area, its services and the identifiers that corroborate it. Pages are then written to cover those services in full and structured data is published to describe them.

  • Establish the business as a distinct entity, with consistent details everywhere they appear.
  • Write service pages that answer what a buyer actually asks, and cite the sources behind any claim.
  • Publish structured data that describes the business, its services and its location to search engines.
  • Build or repair the WordPress site so pages load quickly and enquiry forms work on a phone.
  • Measure with Search Console and report what moved, including what did not.

Who this suits, and who it does not

This suits established UK service businesses that already have customers and want more of them from search: trades, clearance and removals firms, repair specialists, clinics and professional practices. It suits owners who want to speak to the person doing the work.

It does not suit businesses looking for the cheapest possible monthly fee, anyone who wants a guaranteed number-one ranking by a fixed date, or large ecommerce catalogues, which need a different specialism. Saying so now saves both of us a call.
